Daniel joined Serpe Andrews as an associate in August 2021. His primary practice area is civil litigation, concentrating on medical malpractice litigation.

During his time in law school, Daniel served as Technical Editor of the Baylor Law Review and President of the Baylor Environmental and Natural Resources Society. His writing abilities were recognized when the Baylor Law Review published his article in the 2021 Journal.

Daniel’s experience clerking with Texas’s Administrative Law Judges and Harris County’s Attorney’s Office have prepared him to work with his clients in a broad range of civil matters.
