Leonard R. Lynce Jr. joined Serpe Andrews as an Associate in 2025. Leonard earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in December 2024, where he served as a co-chair on the Board of Advocates. He competed in several national competitions as a member of the mock, moot, and dispute resolution teams earning recognition and awards in each. Additionally, Leonard served as the Education Chair for the Veteran Law Student Association, a STCL Student Ambassador, and as one of the first Fellows for The Agosto Justice Center for Leadership and Empowerment. Throughout his time at STCL, Leonard worked as a student attorney in various clinics, including human trafficking and indigent defense, before being awarded the prestigious Lyndon B. Johnson Civil Rights Award for his dedication to the community and helping others.
Before obtaining his J.D., Leonard earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University and an M.B.A. from Louisiana State University. Outside of the office, Leonard enjoys reading, puzzles, and enjoying nature.
