Dalissia joined Serpe Andrews as an associate in September 2022.
Dalissia earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in May 2017, where she served as the Chief Articles Editor of Board 17 of the Houston Journal of Health Law and Policy. Prior to obtaining her law degree, Dalissia graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Corporate Communication from the University of Houston, where she served as the Vice President of social media of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
Outside of work, Dalissia enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as being active at her church
