Quincy has served as lead counsel in a broad range of cases including matters involving allegations of wrongful hospital discharge, emergency medicine, drug overdoses, orthopedic spine procedures, general surgery procedures, the treatment of patients with chronic illnesses, fetal injuries during labor and delivery, interventional radiology procedures, podiatric surgery, and sepsis. Her practice covers all phases of healthcare liability and medical malpractice claims in defense of hospitals, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals; her other areas of practice include professional negligence, premise liability, and general civil litigation. She has a track record of obtaining favorable outcomes for her clients, including obtaining defense verdicts or settlements below the settlement demand.
She has lived and worked as a licensed attorney in New Mexico since 2015. She has represented clients before the New Mexico Medical Review Commission, many New Mexico District Courts, the Unites States District Court in the District of New Mexico, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Quincy began her career as a registered nurse in 1995 and spent 18 years caring for patients in a variety of medical specialty areas including critical care, mother-baby, orthopedics, rehabilitation, and home health. She spent the last few years of her nursing career working in the recovery room of a level I trauma center as a nationally Certified Post-Anesthesia Care Nurse. Prior to joining the team at Serpe Andrews, Quincy was a partner at Atwood, Malone, Turner & Sabin in Roswell, New Mexico from 2015-2021.
Quincy lives in Santa Fe and enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, as well as visiting her children and two young grandchildren.
