Brett joined Serpe Andrews as Of Counsel in 2026. He is an experienced civil litigator and trial attorney with over ten years of experience representing clients in a wide range of complex legal matters. He has devoted his career to guiding clients through every stage of the litigation process, from early case evaluation through trial and resolution.
Mr. Goodman works closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop tailored legal strategies designed to achieve favorable outcomes in litigation.
Drawing on his broad litigation experience, Mr. Goodman defends hospitals, physicians, insurers, and public agencies in high stakes matters involving medical malpractice, civil rights, sexual abuse, professional liability and catastrophic injury claims. He is committed to delivering practical, results-driven counsel while maintaining a high standard of client service and responsiveness.

Mr. Goodman attended Western Washington University where he graduated with a degree in Psychology. He then attended University of Idaho College of Law where he was selected as a member of the D. Craig Lewis Trial Team and competed in regional and local mock trials. He graduated from law school with pro bono honors having completed over 80 hours of pro bono service.
When not defending his clients in the court-room, Brett enjoys golfing, fly-fishing, distance running, and spending time with this wife, Maggie, and their two children, William and Scott.
