Halie joined Serpe Andrews as an Associate Attorney in March 2026. Halie earned her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2022. While at UO, she served on the Moot Court Board and competed on the Moot Court Negotiations team. She was also a member of the Latinx Law Student Association and served on the Elections Board in 2022 for the Associated Students of the University of Oregon.
During law school, Halie was an extern for a Federal Judge in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, and for the Chief Justice of the Oregon Supreme Court. She also completed externships with the University of Oregon Office of the General Counsel and Lane County Legal Aid.
Prior to joining the firm, Halie completed a clerkship with the Lane County Circuit Court in Eugene Oregon which focused on the civil litigation docket. After her clerkship she worked in the Eviction Prevention Program at Northwest Justice Project where she gained extensive experience defending indigent clients. She later worked at a law firm where she handled civil cases at all stages of litigation.
Before law school, Halie completed her B.A. in English at Sacramento State University and graduated cum laude. Outside of the office, Halie enjoys reading, hiking, exploring Washington and spending time with her German shepherd Moose.
