Darren Poutra joined Serpe Andrews as Of Counsel in February 2026. His primary practice area with the firm is litigation, focusing on commercial litigation, medical malpractice defense, and a variety of other negligence-based matters.
Darren has extensive experience as a litigator and has handled all aspects of complex litigation throughout the United States. Darren earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. He obtained his law license in Texas in 2005 and his New Mexico law license in 2016.
Darren lives in Katy, Texas with his wife, Noemi, and their two children, Lucas and Lilly.
