Tiffany Sauble joined Serpe Andrews as an Associate in 2026. Her primary practice area is civil litigation.
Tiffany earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center in May 2026. During law school, she served as Managing Editor of the Houston Journal of International Law and President of the UHLC Federalist Society. She also served as a Houston Young Lawyers Association Student Representative and was a founding member and Vice President of In Loco Parentis, an organization supporting law students with children.
While attending law school, Tiffany gained valuable experience through a judicial internship with Chief Judge Jennifer Walker Elrod of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She also served as a Legal Writing Fellow at the University of Houston Law Center and interned with the Harris County Medical Society.
Before pursuing her legal career, Tiffany spent more than a decade in healthcare administration and consulting, overseeing practice operations, compliance, and organizational management. Her extensive healthcare background provides a practical perspective on the operational and clinical issues facing healthcare professionals and organizations.
