Dylan joined Serpe Andrews as an associate in May 2022. His primary practice area is litigation, focusing on commercial litigation, construction, insurance coverage disputes, professional liability, fiduciary disputes, business disputes, medical malpractice, subrogation, premises liability, and various other civil disputes.

Dylan earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University. He is also a former baseball player for Texas A&M University – Kingsville. During law school, Dylan competed in moot court and was awarded Second Place for Best Brief for Petitioner in the University of San Diego School of Law National Criminal Procedure Tournament. He also received the CALI Award (highest grade) in Torts I and was a member in multiple student organizations including the Oil & Gas Law Society, Houston Young Lawyers Association, and Phi Delta Phi. With this experience, Dylan is prepared to work with his clients in a broad range of civil matters.

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and playing guitar.
